Predicates Guide

The purpose of the TYLA Predicate Guide is to introduce new attorneys to basic examples of predicate questions they are likely to encounter at a hearing or deposition. Evidentiary predicate questions are used to, among other things, establish whether a witness is qualified, a privilege exists, or evidence is admissible.
